Promote You is now on Pinterest and Twitter
One of the fun (and challenging) things about social media is that things are always changing. New platforms appear and others fade (anyone still have a MySpace account?!). This month, I’ve started pinning and tweeting. Pinterest is a fun way to keep things fresh and get inspired by other people, and I’m finding Twitter to be a fantastic way to stay connected to my local community.

Yee Ha! Calgary Stampede is 100
The Calgary Stampede, celebrating its 100th year, runs from July 6-15th.
We can almost hear the cheers here in British Columbia, the Calgary Stampede set a new record for overall daily attendance on Sunday, July 8 with over 184,000 visitors.
I’m thinking of my Calgary clients and friends this week – have fun! Someone please try the deep-fried pickle chips or the deep-fried wagon wheels for me and report back.
